How does Regal start the Consulting Process?

Normally we begin by meeting with you and discussing your specific business issues and areas you feel need addressed or, we will perform an "Assessment" for your Company.

Why and/or when does a business need to be "Assessed"?

Many times Business Owners do not have the "time" or Professional Resources to identity all of the Regulatory and Business Development needs, simply because they are busy doing what they do best...Operating their Business!

If business related problems have become unmanageable or there are a multitude of concerns, the Assessment may be the best way for us to learn your business and professionally identify areas that are in need of improvement.

How do Assessments work?

We spend time (generally several days) at your business collecting, reviewing and analyzing information and talking to the owner(s), management and employees. This allows us to learn about your business, evaluate your performance and identify needed improvements.
We then provide you, in person, a formal "Report of Findings" and "Recommendations" from our Assessment Analysis.

How much does it cost?

If your Business qualifies for an Assessment, this service is provided at reduced rate and varies depending on the complexity of your business. The Recommendations we provide will generally result in savings that easily offset your cost. Since each business and their needs are different, we will quote you a price before you decide to use our services.

How long does it take?

The Assessment generally takes 1-2 days. Analysis, research and report generation will be completed within 10 days.
