Knowing what to do to take your business to the "next level" requires knowing everything about your business. To prescribe a treatment plan without an examination and tests results is called "malpractice" in the medical world.
The same principle holds true in business. In order to fix your problem(s), we must know what the problems are and how they manifest in your business. The "right treatment plan" requires the "right diagnosis."
Not all businesses require a Business Assessment. Should we feel it necessary to save time and money in learning more about your business, we will recommend a Business Assessment.
Our Business Assessment procedure is an in-depth, on-site review process that includes interviews with staff and employees, a review of company documentation, financial and sales performance records and an observation of operations and facilities.
We will perform a comparative analysis of your company’s performance against industry and regulatory standards and, general accepted business practices. Upon completion of the Assessment, we personally present a full, in-depth Analysis Report, complete with our Recommendations. At that time, we will recommend resources or engage in services to meet your company’s identified needs.
